Marigot. Hier, A.T. un Saint-Martinois de 25 ans était présenté en comparution immédiate devant le tribunal correctionnel pour un cambriolage au Nettlé Bay Beach Club. Reconnu coupable, il écope de 4 ans de prison.
L ’homme, célibataire,domicilié chez sa mère ne travaille pas et est sous le coup de deux mesures de sursis avec mise à l’épreuve pour des faits antérieurs similaires à ceux qui lui étaient reprochés hier.
Dans la nuit du 15 au 16 février, alors que quatre touristes de métropole dorment dans leur location du Nettlé Bay Beach Club, deux femmes sont réveillées par des bruits dans le salon vers 4h du matin. Elles découvrent trois individus qui se sont introduits chez eux par la baie vitrée restée ouverte. L’une d’entre elles crie et un des cambrioleurs lui lance violemment un coquillage à l’épaule avant de s’enfuir avec 1 500 € en espèces, un appareil photo numérique et une montre d’une valeur de 1 500 €.

Four years in prison for a burglary with violence in Nettle Bay Beach Club on February 16, 2013.
JUSTICE. Marigot. Yesterday, a St. Martiner, A.T., 25 years old, was judged in "comparution immédiate" (immediate appearance) at the Criminal Court for a burglary at Nettle Bay Beach Club during the night of February 15 to 16 . Convicted, he is sentenced to 4 years in prison.
The man, a bachelor, lives with his mother and does not work, he is already under two measures of suspended sentence with probation for similar past facts.
During the night of February 15 to 16, as four french tourists sleep in their apartment in Nettle Bay Beach Club, two women were awakened by noises in the living room at 4 am. They discovered three men who entered the room through the open window. A woman screams and one of the burglars throws her violently a shell to the shoulder then escaping with € 1,500 in cash, a digital camera and a € 1,500 watch.
